ANZ Frequent Flyer Visa Credit Card
The ANZ Frequent Flyer Visa is another type of card under the credit cards and visa debit classification of the ANZ Bank. Applicants can have this card for an annual account charge of only $40. Should they wish to apply for an additional card, it will cost them $10 for each. Included in the annual fee is the payment for the Rewards Program Services Fee, which costs $55 for every issued card under the account. Once their application is approved and the card is used, they will be charged with a value of 18.74% p.a. for the interest rate.
Through the ANZ Frequent Flyer Visa, cardholders can earn more Qantas Frequent Flyer points aside from the bonus points that they will get in regular use of the card. The bonus or additional points will be awarded to them when they make their purchases at the bank's Bonus Partners, which are located all over Australia. Qantas is included on the list of these country-wide Bonus Partners.
When customers make purchases using their Classic Card (transactions of cash equivalent not included) the pointing system goes like this: A spending of approximately $1,500 will get a point per dollar. If the holder spends more than $1,500 up to $5,000 in a month, he will earn a point per two dollars spent.
The points that the cardholders will obtain will be instantly added to their account at Qantas Frequent Flyer. Besides the awarded points, the ANZ Frequent Flyer Visa Credit Card also provides a 44-day maximum period of free interest on purchases using the card.
